Bathroom - Whilst the inclusion of a bathroom will increase the value of the benefit to your property, this does have the effect of incrementing the cost's innvolved where additional plumbing is required, together with tilers, tiling and sanitaryware costs.

We have found that one of the most difficult aspects of the evaluation process is knowing when to approach suppliers and receive a tentative estimate.

At Truss Loft Conversions we have developed our quotation system's to allow us to provide a comprehensive quotation to customers throughout the UK. This provides us with the ability to quickly generate new quotations and provide multiple variations of quotations to customers very quickly. In addition we have developed an extention to this system allowing prospective customers to receive Loft Conversion Cost Estimates by providing of a few very basic measurements taken from their loft space and some outline requrements.

By completing our Online Request Form you will receive an email containing a cost estimate to undertake your loft conversion. This will be followed by a comprehensive estimate mailed the next working day including one of our brochures. The Loft Conversion Cost is based entirely on the details provided and is provided using the same quotation facility our surveyors use when visiting you. Where details are not provided, our system will attempt to provide an 'average' response based on the details that are provided. Of course all estimates are subject to a follow up survey by one of our surveyors who will check the 'technical' aspects, feasability and of course discuss your requirements.

Rest assured any detals provided to use our online estimate facility are used solely for the purpose of Truss Loft Conversions and are not provided to any third parties. After a few days one of our surveyors will contact you to ensure you have sufficient details and arrange a follow up survey if required.
