Many people in modern homes, which have Trussed Rafter Roof construction, look into their roof space and think there is no way that they have space for a usable room. However at Truss Loft Conversions we have developed a unique system for replacing the trussed rafters to create the space you need. Our system has been designed in consultation with structural engineers and complies fully with Building Regulations.

Truss Loft Conversions was established in Ripon, North Yorkshire in 1995 and from our early years converting lofts in the surrounding areas of Yorkshire including Leeds, York and Harrogate we have developed very specialised method's and procedure's. The loft will be designed with you to match your requirements and budget. We can offer a full, comprehensive service from start to finish or can tailor our work to allow you to complete the conversion in your own time.

We strive at all times to minimise disruption to your home - we use dustsheets on all carpets and leave your home clean and vacuumed at the end of each working day.

We employ only time served, City and Guilds qualified tradesmen who are specialists in their own area of the work. We do not use general tradesmen for electrical, plumbing or plastering work, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship. We use only the highest quality materials and fittings, including market leading Velux® windows and top quality products, giving you a luxury product at competitive prices.

We arrange to carry out the work when it is convenient for you and expect to be complete within an average of 8-10 weeks, depending on the size of your conversion.

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and are on the register of Warranted Builders. For a small premium, we can provide you with a comprehensive 10-year, insurance backed guarantee from the Federation of Master Builders.
