Following an unprecedented year for our group we are proud and delighted to announce Trussloft Moduloft and Moduroof (our joint venture with Charcon Construction Solutions) are growing sustainably, swiftly and substantially.

The year started with full order book for January, February and March and the exciting prospect of filming our Moduloft install with Red House TV and Channel 4. Sarah Beenys show “Double your house for half the money” featured a great project you can see it here on 4OD in which Moduloft took a staring role.

We have since had many additional enquiries for our unique loft conversion solution Moduloft  and this coupled with our Trussloft conversion system has placed us as the leading loft conversion business in the UK today.    Am emailing to thank you for all your hard work throughout our loft conversion. We are delighted with the outcome of the project. The team worked really hard and were very tidy throughout- especially the joiners - Steve and Chris. The project was managed very well with weekly phone calls to inform us of the next steps. The quality of the conversion is very good. Today the project manager returned to inspect the work. He was very capable of rectifying the few snags he could and contacting the relevant tradesmen to complete the other work.

As a result of a record order book going into next year we are delighted to announce that from January 2014 Trussloft and Moduloft will have a dedicated Southern Regional Hub based in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire. This will help us deliver an even better service to our customers in both the south of the UK and nationwide.

With Moduroof we have completed test trials with Portakabin and Barratt/David Wilson Homes, a video of the install is here on YouTube, and we are talking to Redrow, Miller Homes and Westleigh to do test trials early next year. In addition we have secured orders from Greenhill, Catfoss and Fairgrove for 500+ roofs next year.
