When a North Yorkshire couple were looking to create a light and airy space for themselves that allowed them to enjoy their home and its surrounding natural views, they looked to the loft space above their existing garage conversion for inspiration.

Truss Loft took the customers requirements and provided a bedroom with self contained en-suite facility. With access taken from the existing landing area the new floor has been integrated into the home with ease to feel like an original feature more than an extension.

Using multiple Velux roof windows combined into large panels, this couple are able to benefit from the natural light entering the room throughout the day together with enjoying almost uninterrupted floor to ceiling views over the countryside to the rear of the property.
