When a Leeds based professional found himself working from home, surrounded by stunning views to the Yorkshire countryside it wasn’t long before he looked to the loft for a place to work and enjoy.

With a very clear vision comprising large combination effects and a balcony, our client spent some years researching and was on the verge of writing the project off when a chance encounter with Velux led him to our door.

Working in conjunction with the client and Velux to achieve the vision, Truss Loft undertook to complete a conversion providing a self-contained floor inclunding office area, guest bedroom, bathroom and AV facility with balcony.
