| When a Leeds based professional found himself working
from home, surrounded by stunning views to the Yorkshire
countryside it wasn’t long before he looked to the
Loft for a place to work and enjoy.
With a very clear vision involving the use of a large quantity
of windows comprising large combination effects and a balcony,
our client spent some years researching and was on the verge
of writing the project off when a chance encounter with Velux and Truss Loft led
him to our door.
Working in conjunction with our client and Velux to achieve the vision,
Truss Loft Conversions undertook to complete a conversion
to provide a self-contained floor encompassing office area,
guest bedroom, bathroom and AV facility with balcony.
Now providing a minimalist office environment, the conversion
is almost swamped by the scale of the living facility available,
yet provides a productive work focussed area away from the
rest of the household.
