The cost will vary based on your existing house and what you want to achieve. However, as we are delivering the structural only elements of the project you will be able to make substantial savings on the general building and finishing you will carry out yourself.

We would normally carry out the difficult engineering and structural elements including the staircase, dormers and Velux windows.

Most properties have permitted development rights which allow a loft conversion without the need for planning permission. However, there are exceptions to this and we will be able to advise you on your individual project please contact us for guidance.

We will install all the structural steel work, a staircase and any dormer or Velux windows. You will then be able to finish the project as and when you want to. Putting in plumbing, electrical, joinery and stud walls, you can then dry line, plaster skim and fit doors, architrave and skirting along with your choice of decoration and floor coverings.
