No. If your loft height is tall enough we don’t need to remove the roof. However, unlike most loft conversion specialists, we can offer you a solution if your roof is too low. Moduloft is the answer!

Any loft conversion to create additional habitable space is a major structural project. The space wasn’t designed to take the loads associated with a living space. The time taken for a project will vary as the design and specification will differ. However all our projects follow a strict, set schedule which is designed to finish your project as quickly as possible.

You pay for your project in four simple stages. An initial 10% deposit when you sign your contract and then three stage payments, with the final payment being made after the job is completed and signed off by you.
